We are seeking a customer service representative for an exciting opportunity at a well-known leader in health insurance, based in Massachusetts.

Important Note: Only candidates living in Massachusetts will be considered for this role per company policy

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound faxes and calls regarding new or updated medication information
Make outbound calls to pharmacies or doctors' offices to verify medication information
Update the company database with new or modified information
Share insights with the team on how to enhance services

Required Qualifications:

Previous professional customer service experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office and similar computer skills
Reliability and dependability in the workplace
Must be able to attend on-site training in Hingham, MA for the first 4 weeks

Preferred Qualifications:

6+ months of call center experience is highly preferred
