Pharmacy Customer Service Representative – 4 weeks of paid training
The Call Center Representative assists healthcare providers including doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies. The role starts with processing inbound faxes to verify prescription information and progresses to handling provider inquiries via phone in a call center environment.

- As a trusted source of high-quality care and service, their goal is to identify and recognize the hospitals, outpatient facilities, and doctors that provide exceptional patient care and, in some cases, affordability.
- They are searching for a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative to perform data entry, phone work, and systems research related to provider directory accuracy.
Pharmacy Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Update data for directory information such as primary addresses, secondary addresses, phone numbers, and specialty in the company's systems
- Reaching out to providers regarding their directory information, using appropriate phone etiquette and language
- Performing analysis within some of the company's systems to ensure that provider records are correctly updated and up-to-date, and that provider information will be correctly displayed to our members
- Processing three (3) pieces of provider information an hour and up to twenty (20) pieces per day
Pharmacy Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Experience of at least 6 months in a call center or professional customer service environment
- Friendly phone etiquette and good verbal communication skills
- Previous experience using Microsoft Office Suite such as Excel and Outlook
- Ability to get to Hingham, MA for the 4 week on-site training
- Very flexible and reliable in all situations
