Senior A/P Specialist

Pay: Up to $33/hour, based on experience
- Process invoices and perform month-end close activities accurately and on time
- Maintain and update AP-related reports in compliance with company policies
- Respond to AP inquiries within two business days and resolve payment issues efficiently
- Analyze financial data, summarize findings, and support decision-making to improve operations
- Collaborate with the AP team to manage a high volume of invoices effectively
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance accuracy
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or financial operations
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of invoices accurately
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Customer service experience in diverse environments
- Experience in nonprofit or higher education financial operations
- Familiarity with SAP, Coupa, or similar enterprise accounting systems
- Experience in large or complex institutional environments
