• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or financial operations
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of invoices accurately
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite

• Customer service experience in diverse environments
• Experience in nonprofit or higher education financial operations
• Familiarity with SAP, Coupa, or similar enterprise accounting systems
• Experience in large or complex institutional environments
