Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 4–6 years of public accounting experience (audit required; public/private mix acceptable)
- Strong general ledger, close, budgeting, and financial reporting experience
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and cash flow forecasting
- Experience presenting financial information to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA (completed or in progress)
- Experience in real estate, senior living, healthcare, private equity, management company, or family office environments
- Experience with multi-entity and intercompany accounting
- Familiarity with Yardi or similar ERP systems
