(Contract, $78/hour) AML/KYC Project Manager
Contract Details:
- Engagement Type: Contract
- Duration: 6 months (with potential for extension)
- Pay Rate: $78/hour
- Work Arrangement: On-site
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AML and KYC process automation projects
- Manage account onboarding and application build-out initiatives with a focus on efficiency and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across compliance, operations, technology, and business units
- Translate AML/KYC regulatory and business requirements into automated workflow solutions
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables
Required Skills:
- 5-10 years of experience in project management and business analysis, preferably within asset management or financial services
- Familiarity of AML/KYC processes and regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects from conception to implementation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with automation initiatives and process optimization
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms (the company uses Appian)
Nice to Have Skills:
- Knowledge of asset management operations and workflows
- Certification in PMP, CBAP, or equivalent project management/business analysis credentials
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience working in asset management or financial services industries
