Compliance Officer (Hybrid) – up to $60 per hour

We are seeking a Compliance Officer to join a high-performing compliance team focused on managing material non-public information (MNPI), maintaining restricted trading lists, and enforcing information barrier protocols.

• 2+ years in compliance or regulatory roles, preferably within financial services
• Experience handling confidential information and regulatory controls
• Background working within a compliance function that interfaces with legal and investment teams

• Familiarity with public vs. private-side dynamics in asset management or investment banking
• Prior exposure to insider trading compliance or Control Group operations
• Experience working in a global or cross-border compliance environment

• Skilled in executing compliance controls related to MNPI
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational strength

• Knowledge of insider trading laws and U.S. securities compliance
• Ability to interpret and apply internal policies and regulatory frameworks
• Comfortable collaborating with international teams under high-stakes scenarios
