Behavioral Health Call Center Agent – Framingham, Massachusetts

We're seeking a Behavioral Health Call Center Agent to provide compassionate support to individuals experiencing emotional distress or suicidal thoughts and help them access the appropriate resources and services.

What You'll Do

• Answer crisis and support calls with professionalism and empathy

• Listen carefully and use de-escalation techniques to help callers

• Identify and connect callers with appropriate resources

• Coordinate access to emergency support when needed

• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established procedures

• Protect caller confidentiality and maintain emotional resilience

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or GED

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, call center operations, or a related support environment
