Mental Health Response Coordinator – Framingham, Massachusetts

As a Mental Health Response Coordinator, you will provide compassionate support to individuals experiencing emotional distress or suicidal thoughts, offering immediate assistance and connecting callers with appropriate resources. The role offers an estimated pay rate of $22 per hour.

This is a shift-based, onsite position located in Framingham, MA.

• Respond to crisis and support calls with empathy and professionalism

Credentials

• High School Diploma or GED

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 1 year in customer service, call center, or related support roles
