A senior care home is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents in Chelsea, MA. This role offers an attractive pay rate of $25 per hour, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available. Candidates will work onsite and contribute to high-quality daily care in a supportive environment that values dependability and teamwork.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Support safe transfers and ambulation with proper techniques and equipment
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing team
- Take and document vital signs accurately
- Provide respectful companionship and maintain a clean, safe environment
- Follow care plans and comply with safety protocols
Credentials
- Valid and active CNA license in Massachusetts
Required Experience and Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a long-term care, rehabilitation, hospital, or assisted living setting
- Strong communication skills and professional approach
- Ability to work standing for long periods and assist with physical aspects of patient care
