Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care to residents
- Assess health statuses and administer treatments or medications
- Document incidents and maintain nursing standards
- Handle emergency situations and collaborate on care plans
- Utilize computer systems for documentation and communication
Credentials
- Active LPN license in Massachusetts
Required Experience and Skills
- Minimum of 1+ years of LPN experience in a long-term care setting
- Reliable and punctual to accommodate shift requirements
- Proficiency in computer use
