Accounting Manager (CPA / Public Accounting) – Hybrid Boston | $130K–$140K + 10% Bonus

• Lead monthly close and prepare financial statements
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections
• Build financial models and perform scenario analysis
• Handle intercompany and joint venture accounting
• Present financial insights to senior leadership
• Support audit and process improvement initiatives

• CPA (or on track) preferred
• 4–6 years of public accounting (audit background ideal)
• Strong financial reporting and close experience
• Advanced Excel (modeling, forecasting)
• Comfortable working with senior leadership

• Experience in real estate, private equity, healthcare, or similar
• Exposure to Yardi or comparable systems
