Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians
• Assist with medication administration and monitor patient vital signs
• Document patient information accurately in health records
• Support patients' care plans and coordinate with healthcare team members

Credentials

• Valid LPN license in Massachusetts

Required Experience and Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of practical nursing experience
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience in a clinical or hospital setting
• Knowledge of electronic health records systems
