- Valid Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Massachusetts
- Minimum of 1 year experience working with seniors in settings such as adult day health, assisted living, or home care.
- Fluent in English & Spanish
A very highly-rated and growing Adult Health Day Center is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). This is an excellent opportunity for a Spanish speaking LPN to make a meaningful impact in a community-focused environment that values traditional Latin cultural roots and senior care. The new hire will be able to contribute to a community praised for its warmth and dedication, with staff and participants alike describing the environment as their "second home."
Key Details:- Pay = $45/hour
- Full-Time Employee Benefits upon starting
- Located in West Roxbury, MA
- Shift is Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM with one rotating Saturday per month
Responsibilities
- Provide daily nursing support including health checks and monitoring for adult day health participants.
- Assist with care for seniors experiencing memory loss and cognitive challenges.
- Complete accurate electronic medical records documentation using EMR systems.
- Support the RN and team with participant care, routines, and center operations.
- Collaborate across departments to maintain a safe, engaging, and compliant environment.
- Valid Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Massachusetts
- Minimum of 1 year experience working with seniors in settings such as adult day health, assisted living, or home care.
- Fluent in English & Spanish
