Founder
Aaron Green launched ProPivotal (formerly Professional Staffing Group) in 1992, building it into one of Massachusetts’ leading staffing firms. With more than three decades of experience in recruiting, workforce solutions, and business leadership, Aaron has played a pivotal role in shaping the staffing industry locally and nationally.
Beyond ProPivotal, Aaron is an active operator, investor, and board member across several staffing and staffing-adjacent businesses. In 2022, following the successful growth of PSG Global Solutions—a company he co-founded—Aaron and his partners sold the business to Teleperformance. He was also an investor and board member of ClearlyRated prior to its 2023 acquisition.
Aaron previously served as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the American Staffing Association (ASA), where he spent nine years contributing to the advancement of the staffing profession nationwide.
