Front Desk Assistant
A non-profit company dedicated to food security and community support is seeking a reliable and positive Front Desk Assistant to join their team in Framingham. This long-term role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the community by assisting diverse clients, managing data, and supporting daily operations. The position offers $22.00 per hour. Work Arrangement
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- On-site in Framingham

Responsibilities
- Manage client intake and assist with documentation for federal and state audits
- Maintain accurate records and update a cloud-based system
- Greet and assist clients, explaining policies and providing information
- Support daily data entry, filing, and demographic reporting
- Collaborate with volunteers and other team members to ensure smooth operations
Credentials
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Patience and strong social interaction skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain a positive demeanor
Required Experience and Skills
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to perform data entry and organizational tasks effectively
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Multilingual skills (Spanish/Portuguese/Haitian Creole) are a plus
- Previous experience working with diverse or underserved populations
