Location: Chelsea, Massachusetts
Pay Rate: $45/hour
Schedule: Onsite Position, Variable Shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to residents
- Assess residents' health status and administer medications or treatments
- Accurately document incidents, care updates, and nursing activities
- Respond to emergency situations and assist with care planning
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Utilize computer systems for documentation and communication
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Massachusetts
- Minimum of 1 year of LPN experience in a long-term care setting
- Strong reliability and punctuality to support shift coverage
- Comfortable using computers and electronic documentation systems
