An established senior healthcare provider is currently hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to support residents in a compassionate and team-oriented care setting. Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate nursing care tailored to residents' individual needs
- Review medications, monitor resident conditions, and help coordinate care plans
- Provide support and guidance to LPNs, CNAs, and other team members
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold healthcare compliance standards
- Work closely with interdisciplinary staff to promote quality resident outcomes
Qualifications
- Required License
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
Experience & Skills
- At least 2 years of nursing experience as an RN
- Previous experience in long-term care or senior living environments is preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and care coordination abilities
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Reliable transportation or ability to commute to Chelsea, MA
