Registered Nurse position available at an innovative organization dedicated to senior care. This opportunity offers competitive pay, and a supportive, community-focused environment. Responsibilities

Deliver patient-driven care and support to residents
Evaluate medications and treatment plans to ensure optimal health outcomes
Educate and guide LPNs, CNAs, and administrative staff
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

Credentials

Valid RN license in Massachusetts

Required Experience and Skills

Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a long-term care setting
Proven ability to evaluate and manage treatment plans
Strong communication and leadership skills
