Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-driven care and support to residents
- Evaluate medications and treatment plans to ensure optimal health outcomes
- Educate and guide LPNs, CNAs, and administrative staff
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Credentials
- Valid RN license in Massachusetts
Required Experience and Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a long-term care setting
- Proven ability to evaluate and manage treatment plans
- Strong communication and leadership skills
