A very highly-rated and growing Adult Health Day Center is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN). This is an excellent opportunity for a RN to make a meaningful impact in a community-focused environment that values traditional Latin cultural roots and senior care. Key Details
- Location: West Roxbury, MA
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM, plus one Saturday per month (9am-3pm)
- Pay Range: $45-$48/hour
- Job Type: Direct hire which includes full-time benefits
- Work Arrangement: Onsite

This is a chance to help launch a new program serving seniors in a welcoming, community-focused environment. In this role, you'll build meaningful relationships, provide hands-on nursing support, and help create a warm and respectful experience for participants and their families every day.
Responsibilities
- There are no bedside responsibilities involved in this role
- Provide daily nursing oversight, clinical support, and health monitoring for adult day health participants
- Communicate effectively with participants, families, and staff
- Partner closely with LPNs, program staff, and internal team members to support smooth day-to-day operations
- Complete timely and accurate documentation in the EMR system
- Support seniors experiencing memory loss or cognitive challenges with patience and compassion
Credentials and Qualifications Needed
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience preferred
- Experience working with seniors in a healthcare or senior-care setting
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine commitment to senior care
- Comfort with computers and electronic medical records
Preferred Qualifications
- Spanish language skills
- Familiarity with culturally specific or community-based care environments
- Experience helping train or support staff in a collaborative setting
