Join a well-established property investment firm where you’ll play a key role in the financial management of a portfolio of properties. This is a high-impact opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys ownership, analysis, and partnering closely with property management and stakeholders.
Key Details
- Compensation: $110,000–$125,000 base salary
- Bonus: 15% target bonus
- Schedule: Hybrid — 3 days in office / 2 days remote

- Work across a portfolio that includes Office, Multifamily, Industrial, and Science & Technology properties
- Room for growth and promotion within the organization
- Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for assigned properties, including variance analysis, cash flow analysis, balance sheet review, and capital expenditure analysis
- Partner with Property Management to understand and track major projects and significant property activity
- Review lease abstracts prepared by legal and maintain the leasing database for your portfolio
- Review and interpret management agreements, joint venture agreements, and mortgage documents for assigned properties
- Review, analyze, and record general ledger adjustments and accruals
- Prepare year-end tenant reconciliations for operating expenses and taxes
- Manage the monthly capital call process for assigned properties
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
- 5+ years of accounting experience in public accounting, commercial real estate, and/or residential real estate
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and resolve issues with minimal oversight
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Ability to interact professionally with onsite teams, senior leadership, and third-party stakeholders
- Understanding of property management as it relates to financial accounting, recoveries, budgeting, and forecasting
- Yardi experience strongly preferred
