We’re hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support a new adult day health center, which is rooted in Latin values and traditions and located in West Roxbury. This is a rewarding opportunity to join a community-focused program where you can build meaningful relationships with seniors, contribute to culturally centered care, and make a visible day-to-day impact. You will also get to work in a newly built, clean environment; the center just cut the ribbon in 2026.
Key Details
- Pay: $45/hour
- Work Arrangement: Onsite in West Roxbury, MA
- Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM, plus one Saturday per month

Responsibilities
- Provide daily nursing support, including health checks and ongoing participant monitoring
- Assist in caring for seniors experiencing memory loss and cognitive challenges
- Complete accurate, timely EMR documentation and maintain organized records
- Support the RN and broader team with participant care, daily routines, and center operations
- Partner with multiple departments to help create a safe, positive, and engaging environment
- Help maintain compliance with applicable care standards and department requirements
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential
- At least 1 year of relevant experience and comfort level working with senior populations
- Basic comfort with EMR systems and general computer use
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine commitment to senior care
