A modern nursing home needs an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for this long-term care setting in Chelsea, MA. This is a great opportunity to make a direct impact on patient care in a stable, long-term setting in a modern facility with a favorable nurse-to-patient ratio.

Key Details

Pay Range: $50-55/hour
Work Arrangement: Onsite (Chelsea, MA)
Shift/Schedule: availability may vary, and schedules are determined based on current openings. Responsibilities

Provide quality nursing care to patients in a clinical/long-term care setting
Partner with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
Maintain accurate patient documentation and support compliance with healthcare regulations
Assist with clinical procedures and complete patient assessments as needed

Required Qualifications

2+ years of relevant nursing experience in a long-term care setting
Active/valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of healthcare standards
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
