A modern nursing home needs an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for this long-term care setting in Chelsea, MA. This is a great opportunity to make a direct impact on patient care in a stable, long-term setting in a modern facility with a favorable nurse-to-patient ratio.
Key Details
- Pay Range: $50-55/hour
- Work Arrangement: Onsite (Chelsea, MA)
- Shift/Schedule: availability may vary, and schedules are determined based on current openings. Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to patients in a clinical/long-term care setting
- Partner with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and support compliance with healthcare regulations
- Assist with clinical procedures and complete patient assessments as needed
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant nursing experience in a long-term care setting
- Active/valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of healthcare standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
