The mission of our organization is to deliver services and support that people need to thrive in their residences and communities. We are looking for a Home Health Aide in support of this mission.
Key Details
- Pay Range: $19-20/hour
- On-site position in the Greater Boston area
- Schedule is based on the ongoing needs. We will look to fit you into a schedule that meets your preference(s).
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
- Offer companionship and engage clients in recreational activities
- Monitor health status and report changes to supervisors
- Maintain accurate care logs and documentation
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of caregiving or home health experience
- CPR & First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Basic computer skills for documentation and communication
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient demeanor
