Bilingual Contact Center Specialist (Hybrid)
A nonprofit organization is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Contact Center Specialist to support families in need of childcare financial assistance. Responsibilities
- Assess family eligibility for childcare subsidy programs
- Provide accurate information on local childcare providers and programs
- Enter data precisely into online systems, maintaining data integrity
Credentials
- Valid bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, or Creole, and English
Required Experience and Skills
- Minimum of 1 year experience in health and human services or call center environments
- Knowledge of childcare subsidy programs or service referrals
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to work in Framingham, MA for a hybrid work arrangement
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in navigating multiple systems
