We are seeking a skilled Referral Coordinator to validate the accuracy and integrity of our data, ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability.

This is a part-time opportunity (20 hours/week) for a detail-oriented and analytical professional with experience in data verification. The ideal candidate will be available to work on Tuesday and Thursdays.

The pay for this role is up to $24/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Call through referral contacts in the company database to confirm current contact information for the company directory
  • Conduct thorough reviews of data to identify discrepancies and errors
  • Respond to voicemails and emails regarding ongoing referral requests. 
  • Provide regular reports on progress and findings

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service and data entry in a professional setting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Framingham, MA on Tuesdays and Thursdays
