Emergency Department Nurse Manager
This is a great opportunity for a RN leader. The Emergency Department Nurse Manager leads the daily operations of the Emergency Department at a prominent healthcare organization serving communities in Worcester and Middlesex county.
Key Details:
- Monday to Friday schedule, 40 hours a week
- Pay Range: $114,000 - $155,000 base salary
- On-site work arrangement in Athol, MA
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Emergency Department ensuring smooth functioning 24/7
- Lead and support nursing staff to meet care standards and organizational goals
- Manage department resources, budgets, and staffing effectively
- Foster ongoing education and professional growth among staff
- Collaborate with leadership to implement policies and improve patient outcomes
Credentials
- Valid Registered Nurse license for Massachusetts
- AHA ACLS and PALS certifications
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, including at least 3 years in emergency services
- At least 3 to 5 years of progressive clinical administrative experience
