Registered Nurse Manager
Our organization is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Manager to oversee nursing operations at a leading senior living, assisted living, and skilled nursing facility. Shift
- Monday through Friday with options for 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and evaluate nursing staff to ensure high-standard, compliant resident care
- Coordinate care planning, admissions, assessments, and documentation with interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain organized, safe living environments and oversee incident reports, compliance, and quality improvement initiatives
- Support staff recruitment, onboarding, and performance management, including participation in on-call rotations
- Ensure adherence to confidentiality, HIPAA, OSHA, and safety standards
Credentials
- Valid RN license in Massachusetts
Required Experience and Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital, skilled nursing, or long-term care setting
- Previous management or supervisory experience in a clinical environment
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Familiarity with electronic health records systems
