Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care to residents and assess their health status
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document incidents and maintain high nursing standards
- Handle emergency situations and collaborate on care plans
- Use computer systems proficiently to record and manage resident information
Credentials
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in Massachusetts
Required Experience and Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of LPN experience in a long-term care setting
- Reliable and punctual; able to accommodate shifts
