Join a conveniently located, new multi-million dollar state-of-the-art facility in Chelsea who is looking for a LPN to join their staff. This is a great role for a LPN who is looking for a more laid back setting while gaining experience in long-term care.
Key Details:
- Pay of $45/hr
- Free and ample parking as well as MBTA access
- This posting represents ongoing CNA needs. Shift availability may vary, and schedules are determined based on current openings. If you have a preferred shift (days/evenings/nights), please apply and share your availability during the screening process. We work closely with candidates to align them with the best schedule preference(s).
- Maximum nurse-to-patient Ratio is 1:7 (they currently run below max capacity)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered care to residents
- Assess health status and administer treatments/medications
- Document incidents and maintain nursing standards
- Handle emergency situations and collaborate on care plans
- Proficiency in computer use required
Requirements:
- Active LPN License in MA
- Minimum of 1+ year LPN experience in a long-term care setting
- Must be reliable and punctual to accommodate the shift
