Senior Treasury Manager
Join an innovative organization as a Senior Treasury Manager, responsible for managing enterprise-wide cash strategies, banking relationships, and financial risk on a dynamic, multi-entity platform. You will oversee daily cash flow, banking operations, and compliance efforts within a supportive environment that emphasizes ownership and professional growth. The estimated pay range is $135,000–$160,000 annually, complemented by a 10% performance bonus and excellent benefits. This hybrid role offers a balanced mix of in-office and remote work in Waltham, MA.
Work Setup

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily cash positioning and liquidity management across multiple bank accounts
- Manage all banking relationships and coordinate account opening and closing
- Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts for joint ventures and funds
- Support debt covenant compliance and understand related calculations
- Lead treasury operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency
- Drive automation initiatives and enhance treasury systems and processes
- Oversee electronic payments, including ACH, wires, and remote deposits
- Document and improve treasury policies and controls
- Partner with cross-functional teams and senior leadership on cash strategies
- Maintain KYC documentation across complex organizational structures
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 8 years of treasury experience, ideally in real estate or multi-entity organizations
- Strong expertise in cash management, cash flow forecasting, and banking relationships
- Proven experience managing electronic payment infrastructure (ACH, wires, remote deposits)
- Hands-on familiarity with Yardi ERP or similar systems, especially electronic deposit workflows
- Experience managing or supporting debt covenant compliance and lender relationships
- Deep understanding of KYC processes and complex organizational structures
- Valid CTP certificaiton
