Join a leading organization’s HR department as a People Operations Business Analyst in Newport Beach, California. This role offers an excellent opportunity to support HR service delivery through systems analysis, automation, and process improvements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutions and contribute to enhancing the employee experience.

- Pay: $36/hour
- Hybrid work set-up with 4 days on-site in Newport Beach, CA
Responsibilities
- Support HR service delivery by analyzing and configuring the company's ServiceNow tools
- Troubleshoot workflows and maintain system knowledge content
- Collaborate with People Operations, HR, and Technology teams to develop system solutions
- Assist in executing employee lifecycle transactions and process automation projects
- Contribute to system enhancements and efficiency initiatives
Required Experience and Skills
- 1+ years of experience and strong proficiency using ServiceNow
- Familiarity with automation tools, and data-driven process optimization
- Strong technical aptitude, particularly with JIRA or Asana
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience supporting HR operations or systems
- Must have the ability to commute to the Newport Beach office 4 days per week on an immediate basis
