Night shifts here are calm but clinical — perfect for focused CNAs who want to put their med-surg skills to use without the chaos of a psych-heavy environment.
Your Nightly Impact:
- Deliver hands-on care to medical patients in a hospital unit
- Help with repositioning, mobility, personal hygiene, and basic care tasks
- Record patient observations and care updates using an EMR system
- Work alongside experienced clinicians who value what CNAs bring to the table
- 2+ years of CNA experience in a hospital setting
- At least 6 months in a med-surg unit
- Comfort and experience using EMR systems
- Active CNA license in Massachusetts
- Med-surg familiarity
- EMR documentation
