CNA – Assisted Living & Long-Term Care
A newly built, state-of-the-art healthcare facility is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide exceptional care in a compassionate, community-focused setting. If you're passionate about patient care and want to grow in a supportive environment, this role is for you!

- Assist Registered Nurses (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in patient care
- Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration)
- Document patient care information in Meditech
- Offer social and emotional support to residents
- Active CNA certification in Massachusetts
- 1–2 years of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
- Ability to commute to Chelsea, MA
- Dementia Care Training (will provide enrollment if needed)
