Part-Time Home Health Aide - $18/hour
Key Details:
- Pay - $18/hour
- Part-Time Schedule 15-20 hours per week
- Location: Chelsea, MA with parking on-site and nearby bus routes
- Contract role with the potential to convert to permanent
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
- Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
- Offer companionship and engage clients in recreational and meaningful activities
- Observe and report changes in health or behavioral status to supervisors
- Maintain accurate daily service logs and complete basic electronic documentation
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in home health, personal care, or direct support roles
- Ability to provide personal care assistance in a home setting (bathing, dressing, mobility, toileting)
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting, including daily service logs
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English for documentation, safety, and coordination
- Willingness to obtain CPR & First Aid certification within 30 days of hire
Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience supporting individuals with disabilities or older adults
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry support
- Medication reminders and adherence support
