Healthcare Administrative & Billing Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Administrative and Billing Supervisor to lead daily office operations. This role ensures efficient administrative workflows, accurate billing, and compliance with healthcare regulations, supporting both clinicians and leadership in delivering exceptional patient care.
Pay and work set-up: $35/hour; on-site position
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily office operations, including patient scheduling and administrative workflows
- Manage billing, insurance claims, and accounts receivable processes
- Maintain accurate medical records, credentialing files, and compliance documentation
- Support clinicians and leadership on operational and patient-related initiatives
- Oversee office technology, including phones, scheduling systems, and other administrative tools
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of office or healthcare administration experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace as well as familiarity with QuickBooks
- Background in medical billing, insurance claims, or credentialing
- Ability to work on-site in Needham, MA
- Prior experience in a medical office management role
- Familiarity with EMR systems and healthcare compliance processes
- HR support experience (onboarding, staff records, credentialing)
- Prior experience in a Neuropsychology or Behavioral Health practice is a big plus
