Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably within commercial real estate or public accounting with real estate clients
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and general ledger accounting
- Experience with Yardi or similar property management/ERP systems
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office applications
Nice to Have Skills:
- CPA license or progress toward certification
- Experience preparing financial statements, journal entries, and bank reconciliations
- Knowledge of lease administration, CAM billing, and revenue recognition procedures
- Prior experience with escrow or escrow-related accounting
Other Requirements:
- Hybrid work environment: 4 days in-office, 1 remote
- No travel required; optional participation in benefits programs such as tuition assistance and voluntary insurance options
