A world-renowned Cambridge university is looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join its Student Financial Services team. This hybrid role puts you at the center of high-volume financial operations -- reconciling and processing transactions up to $60M -- while working alongside key decision-makers in higher education finance. Pay range: $25 - $30/hr.

What You'll Do

  • Reconcile and process daily cashiering and deposit transactions (up to $60M in volume)
  • Manage diverse payment types: student payments, private loans, scholarships, and other funding sources
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with institutional policies
  • Partner with internal teams and external partners on payment processing and account reconciliation

What You Need

  • 2 - 3 years of Accounts Receivable experience, including hands-on reconciliation work
  • Experience with payment processing or ERP systems (Banner or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort handling sensitive, confidential financial data

Bonus Points For

  • Prior experience in higher education or nonprofit finance
  • Familiarity with large-scale financial reporting or auditing
