Introducing ProPivotal: A Talent Solutions Firm Built For You
To Our Valued Clients, Candidates and Employees,
I am excited to share the beginning of a new chapter, with a new name and a new identity — but the same, singular mission of providing the talent solutions you need.
As of today, we are now known as ProPivotal Staffing, which better reflects what we believe is central to our relationship: helping you understand and navigate some of the most important business decisions that you will make.
It’s a change that, in some ways, has been in process for several years. The COVID-19 pandemic fundamentally altered the nature of employment, including how people search and what employers provide. It propelled our organization into a phase of rapid growth and evolution — one that I believe transformed us for the better. As we reflected on our journey, we realized we emerged as a different organization than the one we were prior to the pandemic. This prompted us to explore a refresh of the brand and ensure it accurately and effectively reflected our current organization.
I’m extremely proud of our new identity. ProPivotal combines “Pro” as a nod to “Professional” in our previous name (Professional Staffing Group) and “Pivotal'' that encapsulates our role in helping clients, candidates and employees navigate through the most pivotal moments in their career. It’s deeply rooted in our approach to bringing solutions to the people we serve. Our new logo represents an energetic and modern brand, with the three shapes symbolizing the trifecta that embodies ProPivotal’s staffing business: candidates, clients and employees.
While we believe all of this better reflects our mission, it will not impact what you should expect from us and our commitment to providing exceptional staffing services. We are still the same company — grounded in empathy, dedicated to producing high-quality results, and committed to helping you to make that next pivotal decision. Our ownership structure remains unchanged. We are the same three owners, dedicated to providing the exceptional service you’ve come to know over the last two decades. Our commitment to serving you is stronger than ever before.
I’m incredibly proud of the milestones we’ve reached at ProPivotal and thankful for the employees, partners and clients that have been a part of this journey to new growth. We are forever grateful for your partnership and look forward to navigating this next chapter together.
