What we're looking for:

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Hands-on accounting experience -- general ledger, reconciliations, financial reporting, or similar
• Comfort working within structured, compliance-conscious environments; prior experience in higher education or a similarly complex institution is a plus
