A state-of-the-art nursing home, which opened in 2024 is offering a laid-back, supportive environment for both staff and residents is looking for a strong CNA with prior nursing home experience. This is a great opportunity to work at a facility that provides memory care and healthcare to a tight-knit community of veteran residents who appreciate camaraderie and high-quality care.
Key Details:
- Hours: Overnight shift 11pm - 7am
- Pay: $25/hour
- Location: Chelsea, MA. There are free on-site parking options and nearby MBTA access
- Setting: Nursing Home
- Provides exceptional nursing care under the direction and supervision of an RN or LPN
- Records vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, or respiration rate, as part of nursing care plan and enters data into Meditech
- Communicates with patients for assistance or social and emotional support
- Maintains a safe and hygienic environment as part of the patient
- Provides physical support to assist patients to perform daily living activities, including but not limited to, getting out of bed, bathing, dressing, toileting, standing, or walking.
- Gathers and documents information from caregivers, nurses, or physicians about patient condition
- Active or Current CNA certification in Massachusetts
- At least 1 year of previous experience as a CNA in a nursing home setting
- Availability the overnight shift (11pm to 7am)
- Dementia Care Training (we can help you get certification)
