In this role you will partner closely with sales brokers by phone and email, run quotes, and learn multiple systems quickly to keep the process moving. This is a great opportunity for someone with prior health insurance experience.

Prior healthcare or health insurance industry experience is a must have. Those without this exposure will not be considered for this opening.

Key Details
* Job Type: This is a contract that will run through the end of February 2027 with the possibility of extension
* Pay rate: $30/hour
* Typical Schedule: Monday-Friday 830a-430p

Responsibilities
* Communicate with brokers via phone and email to support quoting and product selection
* Run quotes and help determine which products are best to quote based on broker needs
* Track and manage work in Salesforce and other internal systems
* Use Excel to organize information, format data, and support reporting needs
* Learn new tools and processes quickly and apply them accurately day to day

Qualifications
* Customer service experience in healthcare or health insurance
* Absolutely must have prior professional working experience within the health insurance or healthcare industry
* Comfort speaking with customers by phone and handling email based follow up
* Working knowledge of Excel including formatting and pivot tables
* Strong ability to learn new systems quickly and explain how you have done that in past roles
* Experience using Salesforce is a plus
