(Contract) PMO Lead, Program Manager – Boston, Massachusetts

This is a great opportunity to join a multi year client onboarding transformation program as the PMO Lead, driving governance, integrated planning, and executive reporting across multiple workstreams during a large scale software system conversion.  This role is ideal for a senior program manager who thrives in complex, cross functional environments spanning operations, technology, legal, compliance, and external partners.

Responsibilities
* Own the integrated program plan across all client onboarding workstreams, including milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical path
* Run program governance cadences including steering committees, working groups, and leadership updates to drive alignment and decisions
* Deliver executive ready reporting and communications including status updates, decision logs, and leadership presentations
* Drive cross functional coordination across operations, legal, compliance, technology, and external partners to remove blockers and keep delivery on track
* Manage vendor and partner deliverables including commitments, timelines, and interdependencies
* Maintain RAID tracking, escalate issues, and recommend mitigation strategies proactively
* Support performance measurement by building and maintaining KPIs, dashboards, and program metrics

Required Qualifications
* 7 plus years of experience in program management, PMO, business transformation, or related disciplines
* Experience supporting large scale cross functional transformation programs
* Strong executive communication skills including presentation development
* Demonstrated ability to work across operations, technology, risk, compliance, and external partners
* Experience leading program governance, integrated planning, and executive reporting
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
* Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Smartsheet, JIRA, Appian, or similar platforms

Preferred Qualifications
* Financial services, asset management, or wealth management experience
* Experience supporting client onboarding, account onboarding, or operational transformation programs
* Familiarity with process improvement, workflow automation, and operational scalability initiatives
