You'll work as a Home Health CNA providing in-home care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in Newton, MA and surrounding areas. This role supports individualized care plans in a fast-paced home health setting and involves travel between patient homes within the assigned service area. You'll also receive mileage reimbursement for travel beyond the designated radius, supporting consistent full-time hours within a structured daily care window.

Shift
- Coverage window: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide mobility assistance and Hoyer lift transfers
- Support memory care and dementia-related patient needs
- Help with meal preparation and light caregiving tasks
- Travel between patient homes within the assigned service area
- Communicate professionally with patients and families
- Follow individualized care plans and safety procedures
Credentials
- Active CNA certification
Required Experience and Skills
- Valid active CNA certification
- Hoyer lift experience required
- Reliable personal vehicle required
- Experience with dementia care (preferred)
- Strong English communication skills required
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing assignments
Compensation
- Estimated pay range of $19.00-$20.00 per hour
