Responsibilities

  • Validate and data enter provider enrollment, credentialing, and maintenance information from supporting documentation.
  • Review contracts, applications, and other materials for completeness before data entry.
  • Verify data accuracy against licensing boards, accreditation agencies, and sanction databases.
  • Process new and update requests promptly, following established workflows and policies.

Credentials

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid for at least 6 months experience in data entry

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to independently manage tasks and follow workflows
  • Proficiency with multiple data systems including HURN, RTMS, NASCO, Salesforce, and Cactus
