Registered Nurse – Adult Day Center ($45/hour)

We are partnering with a premier healthcare provider to find a lead-caliber Registered Nurse for their newly launching Adult Day Health Center in West Roxbury. This is a direct-hire position, meaning you will be a permanent employee of the center from day one.

Your Impact:

In this role, you aren't just "the RN"--you are the clinical heartbeat of the center. You will:

• Provide clinical oversight and health monitoring for a dedicated group of seniors.

• Act as a trusted resource for families and a partner to a tight-knit team of LPNs and program staff.

• Support seniors with memory loss and cognitive challenges, ensuring they feel respected and cared for.

• Help shape the center's operations, from onboarding to maintaining high regulatory standards.

Who You Are:

• Licensed RN: You have an active Massachusetts Registered Nurse license.

• Senior Care Advocate: You have experience (and a genuine heart) for working with the geriatric population.

• Collaborator: You enjoy "pitching in" and working with a multidisciplinary team.

• Communicator: You can explain clinical needs to families with empathy and clarity.

• Bonus Points: If you speak Spanish or have experience in Adult Day Health or Memory Care, we want to talk to you right away!
