Part Time Payroll Analyst

A well-established company is seeking a Payroll Analyst to join their team on a part-time basis. This role offers flexible scheduling, with 15-20 hours per week, primarily in the mornings from 8 am to 12 pm, and requires working on Fridays and Mondays. The position involves assisting with payroll processing in Workday, managing inquiries from employees related to taxes and deductions via Salesforce, and supporting report generation and research activities. The role provides an opportunity for growth, with potential to become a permanent full-time position, and offers an estimated pay range of $24-$30.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Assist with payroll processing in Workday and ADP systems
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries using Salesforce
• Conduct research and run reports to support payroll activities

Credentials

• High school diploma or equivalent 

Required Experience and Skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Comfortable working with payroll systems such as Workday and ADP
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables
• Excellent communication skills to handle employee inquiries
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience or relevant comfort level

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Prior experience in payroll or HR operations is advantageous
• Flexibility to work during scheduled hours and assist in urgent situations
