Recruiting Coordinator
We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support a busy client account focused on high-volume hiring. This person will partner closely with the Account Manager to help move candidates efficiently through the recruiting process, from initial review through interview coordination and candidate follow-up.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, candidate-facing, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where urgency, communication, and sound judgment are key.
Key Details
- Work Arrangement: On-site Monday-Friday
- Pay: $25/hour
- Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree required
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Account Manager to support recruiting activity for high-volume roles
- Review and evaluate inbound applicants to identify viable candidates
- Conduct video screens to assess qualifications, communication skills, and overall fit
- Determine whether candidates meet the basic requirements and should move forward in the process
- Guide candidates through each stage of the interview process
- Communicate with candidates regarding next steps, scheduling, and interview preparation
- Maintain accurate candidate records and timely follow-up throughout the recruiting lifecycle
- Help keep hiring activity organized and moving efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Provide a positive candidate experience through professional and responsive communication
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1-2 years of prior recruiting, coordination, customer-facing, or administrative experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess candidate viability and professionalism through screening conversations
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple candidates and priorities at once
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Any previous experience working with Bullhorn is a plus
