A very highly-rated and growing Adult Health Day Center is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). This is an excellent opportunity for a Spanish speaking LPN to make a meaningful impact in a community-focused environment that values traditional Latin cultural roots and senior care.
Shift
- Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
- One Saturday per month
- Pay = $45/hour

Responsibilities
- Provide daily nursing support including health checks and monitoring for adult day health participants.
- Assist with care for seniors experiencing memory loss and cognitive challenges.
- Complete accurate electronic medical records documentation using EMR systems.
- Support the RN and team with participant care, routines, and center operations.
- Collaborate across departments to maintain a safe, engaging, and compliant environment.
Credentials
- Valid LPN license in Massachusetts
Required Experience and Skills
- Minimum of 1 year experience working with seniors in settings such as adult day health, assisted living, or home care.
- Fluent in English & Spanish
- Basic computer skills and experience with EMR systems.
