Credentialing Administrator (Part-Time)

Shift
- Onsite, 2 days per week
- Hours available would be 8 AM–4 PM or 9 AM–5 PM

Responsibilities
- Validate and update contact information in the directory
- Review and ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Process updates following established policies
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and voicemail
- Make outbound calls to confirm current contact details
Required Experience and Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in credentialing or data accuracy systems
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good phone etiquette and professional communication skills
